01 Message
Messages come in from one of the emergency centres or directly from companies and private individuals. We follow these up immediately 24/7. We stay in touch with whoever made the report and let you know as soon as possible when the recovery crew will reach you.
02 Recovery
Our specialist arrives with the right equipment and ensures the vehicle is taken to the desired address as safely and quickly as possible: home address or body shop.
03 Onward transportation
If the end destination is not yet known, we secure your vehicle at one of our depots (in Wierden, Zwolle, or Apeldoorn). We naturally also provide onward transportation to the end destination. Use this link to let us know the desired end destination after approval from your insurer.
04 Invoicing
Once the rescue operation has been completed in full, we ensure everything is taken care of: the report is signed off on the central system and the appropriate party is billed.
