  • Can I change the end destination?

    Yes, you can change the end destination provided the vehicle is not already en route. First check with your insurance provider or mobility service whether they agree to any extra costs. Call us to discuss the options.

  • I have broken down and am not insured for this. What will breakdown assistance from you cost?

    That’s annoying … we would be happy to come and help you. We charge fixed rates for this, which depend on the distance and the time. It is best to call us, we can then tell you how much we will charge you over the phone. We try to resolve the problem on the spot. If that is not possible, we transport the vehicle to the desired location. That could be your work or home address, or the garage.

  • Can you tell me whether my vehicle has arrived at the address I gave you yet?

    Yes, we can certainly tell you. All we need is your vehicle’s license plate. You can call us Monday through Friday from 08.00 to 17.30 hours.

  • Can you take my vehicle to any destination I desire?

    Yes, we can take your vehicle to any destination you desire in the Netherlands. It is important that you first discuss this with the organisation that will cover the costs for you. That would be your insurance provider, your car dealership’s mobility guarantee, or the emergency centre.

  • I am a garage owner and I need a car collected or transported. Can you do that?

    Yes, we can. We have two different rates for this: urgent (within two hours) or later the same day. These rates include a distance of 50 kilometres. If the distance is further, there is an additional charge per kilometre. Contact us for the costs.
